How to Clean Your Stuffed Animal ?

1. Regular Disinfection
Plush toys need regular cleaning to stay fresh! For disinfection, using a hot iron is an effective method to sanitize and extend the life of the plush material. Establishing a routine cleaning habit for plush toys is important to keep them in top condition.

2. Suitable Water Temperature
While most plush toys are washable, they often have recommended water temperatures. Cleaning at the wrong temperature can damage the toy’s softness, so it’s best to follow the tag’s guidelines. Usually, a range of 30-40°C is safe for washing.

3. Classified cleaning
Wash light and dark plush toys separately to avoid color transfer. Small toys can be hand-washed or machine-washed on a gentle cycle. For larger toys, remove the filling before washing. This method prevents detergent from harming the plush fabric and keeps it soft and fluffy.

4. Sunlight sterilization
Plush toys also need regular sun exposure to eliminate bacteria that are caused by moisture. However, we must pay attention to the fact that when drying the plush toy, it must not be placed under strong sunlight, so as to avoid a series of problems such as the color loss of the plush toy due to exposure to the sun, or damage to the outer hair!

FAQ
Our plush toy sampling process follows a standardized production flow to ensure accuracy and quality:
Pattern making → Fabric cutting → Embroidery or printing → Sewing → Filling → Shaping & quality inspection.
Each custom plush sample is handmade by experienced pattern makers to closely match your original design.
Common plush toy fabrics include crystal super soft plush, premium plush, rabbit fur plush, and PV plush.
Popular fillings are PP cotton, down cotton, and foam beads, selected based on softness, structure, and functional needs.
Custom plush toy pricing depends on design complexity, size, materials, production techniques, and order quantity.
More complex embroidery, larger sizes, or lower MOQ will generally increase the unit cost.
Standard plush sampling usually takes 7–10 days after design confirmation.
For complex designs or during peak seasons, it may take 12–15 days.
If you provide an existing sample and use common materials, sampling can be shortened to 3–5 days. Rush service is available upon request.
Key factors include the pattern maker’s experience, fabric and filling quality, embroidery and sewing techniques, and clarity of client requirements.
Providing detailed references such as size, materials, and embroidery placement significantly improves sample accuracy.
Yes. Plush toys can be gently cleaned using lukewarm water and mild detergent, followed by air drying.
For slight deformation during shipping, hand fluffing, gentle tapping, or low-heat blow drying can help restore shape.
